Tenacious Tannat

ABOUT

Tannat is a red wine grape, historically grown in South West France and is now one of the most prominent grapes in Uruguay, where it is considered the "national grape". Several South African producers produced (and still produce) wine from this amazing grape variety. This tasting will feature a comprehensive selection of all the Tannat wines from South Africa, as well as a Tannat from Uruguay. This will be a rating tasting, meaning that the wines will be rated by participants and participants will be able to taste the wines at this tutored tasting at their own leisure and time. This will be a unique and rare opportunity to explore Tannat.
