On the 5th September, The Market Bar along with Boston Breweries and Jolie 360 will be hosting one of its very popular Craft Beer and Food Pairing evenings. What better way to spend a chilly winter's evening than in the cosy ambiance of The Market Bar, located in The Cape Quarter Lifestyle Village.Guests will get a chance to enjoy 8 unique BITE sized dishes each expertly paired with Boston Brewery Craft Beer. An amazing dining experience, with every course complimenting each other as flavors infuse creating the perfect experience for any palette.
The Celebrity Guest Chef of the evening is Cheyne Morrisby. Having traveled through Europe and Asia personally working for Kate Moss, Kylie Minogue, Robbie Williams and many more Cheyne's refined a very unique cooking style. Cheyne's recently opened a 40 seater Restaurant in the heart of Hout Bay, called "Cheyne's" it's cuisine is described as Pacific Rim.
Freelance writer, author, passionate traveller, praised blogger and beer expert Lucy Corne will be the guest speaker for the evening, introducing each pairing as they are served. She has recently launched her new book "African Brew" which she will be selling and signing on the evening.
