Join us for a fun, creative, educational, interdisciplinary experience exploring the colour BLUE as mark-making and as physical movement. You will walk away with something you have created :)

Your hosts:

Heidi Salzwedel (Art Box):

Heidi is an artist and educator with over a decade of experience in teaching art to a variety of age groups. Over the years of fostering art-making, and when completing her Masters degree in arts education, she has encountered many different (and sometimes surprising) approaches in encouraging others to birth the unborn creative parts of themselves.

Jessica Williams (Inbodi):

Jessica is a certified Feldenkrais® Method (a movement and awareness practice) practitioner, trained in Vienna, Austria. She has a particular passion for guiding people into caring for their bodies by learning to tune in to their sensory experience of moving, with curiosity and interest. She also has a love for dance.

10:10 Leave a blue paint imprint & refreshment break 

10:30 Introduction to Part 2: ArtBox art class (Heidi)

• For the movement part, please dress in loose comfortable clothing and bring an exercise/yoga mat if you have one
