Ladies lunch hosted by The Zoe Project to raise funds for Antenatal classes for disadvantaged and at risk mothers and educational classes for the Prince and Princess Project.
Gabi Lowe
Gabi is a Professional Certified Life Coach who coaches individuals, executives and teams through challenge, complexity, adversity and uncertainty. She helps people to step into their full potential, resourcefulness and innate power. She has a private practice called The Coaching Nest and a second practice called The Resilience Factory where she co-authored a model with Pippa Shaper called The Ten R’s of Authentic Resilience. She facilitates courses, retreats and workshops all over the globe.
Gabi is also best-selling author of the well-known auto-biography “Get Me To 21” and Director of the patient advocacy Non-Profit-Organisation - The Jenna Lowe Trust.
She is an inspiring speaker who has spoken at many functions including The Women in Business Conference at The GSB; a multitude of Woman’s Day Functions; the International World Symposium for Pulmonary Hypertension in France; Hospice, Red Cross, Breast Cancer Awareness, Rare Diseases Association, UCT Med School, and many corporates all over South Africa, in Dubai and Mauritius.
We have asked her to tell us a little about her story, which you may know, and share the top ten lessons in courage that her journey has taught her.

The Zoe Project, established in 2000, is an NGO providing care for disadvantaged and at-risk pregnant mothers at several locations including Retreat, Mowbray, Hanover Park, Mitchell’s Plain, Gugulethu and Pollsmor Prison. The overall objective is to educate individuals to make informed decisions with regards to pregnancy whilst providing counselling support, education, feeding schemes, ante natal classes and post natal support.
The Zoe project also works with youth through the Prince and Princess Project to empower youth regarding sexual activity, human rights and individual identity
