ABOUT

UBUNYE is a celebration of the South African spirit and 30 years of democracy. It tells the story of our people, with South African music and dance woven through stories and poetry. The script was written for Kingsmead by theatre-maker, Daniel Geddes, and further workshopped by the cast and creative team. Unity in our diversity is what makes South Africa such a resilient and colourful nation. UBUNYE is a feel good, family show that will have you singing and smiling from start to finish.

Refreshments will be on sale 45 minutes before each show. 

There will be no interval.
