It is firstly important to understand, how your test equipment - test instruments should operate before you can correctly perform any compliance procedures. Secondly, how the correct procedures of: Inspection, Testing and Verification set out in SANS 10142-1:2021 Ed3.1 is performed.

And as it's set out in the EIR, each Certificate of Compliance shall  be accompanied  by a fully detailed test report for each part of the Electrical Installation, supply which consists of Grid-(Council - Municipal / Eskom), PV-Solar, Generator(s), and UPS.
