In this MCC (Methode Cap Classique) - South Africa's version of the French 'Champagne' we invite Gary Baumgarten - (Previously at Graham Beck & Anthonij Rupert wines) to share the stories and styles of this wonder for bubbly wine, the who, what and wow.
