Listening Session with Nonto

Phinda Mzala hosts monthly live music listening sessions. We are glad to open up 2024 with talented singer/songwriter/performer Nonto - who will be sharing her new music with us.

Nonto’s first introduction into the industry was through her first 5-track EP titled Looking Ahead released in 2015. The single from her EP called Picture Perfect produced by 37mph got love from Mzansi’s audience.

In 2019, she released her 11-track album called Colourful - which played with new wave RNB inspirations, Neo Soul and Deep House sounds that connect with the soul. Influenced by most things candid, sweet and prickly, she worked with producer Kill3r-K.

Pulling up in 2024! Nonto is releasing new music, toying with RNB sounds with a mix of Hip-Hop and Neo soul. Working with producer Ootz Tha Afronaut, you can expect beautiful alternative sounds coming your way. Kill3r-K will be on the decks keeping us nice on the day!
