07:45 - 08:00: Meet and Greet: Begin your day by connecting with like-minded individuals and the expert instructors leading the workshop.

08:00 - 08:45: Yoga Flow with Joff: Join Joff in an invigorating yoga session aimed at enhancing hip and shoulder mobility and efficient breathing techniques.

09:00: 09:45: Core & Mental Strength Session with Nadine: Participate in a hands-on session led by Nadine, focusing on core strength exercises intertwined with mental strength techniques.

10:00 - 10:45: The Science of Breath and Breathing Techniques with Freediver Shane: Explore the profound impact of breathwork on wellness with SA Freediving record-holder Shane Jansen van Vuuren.

11:00 - 11:45: Swim-Flow talk and swimming assessment with Corlette: This guided session is aimed at achieving effortless and efficient swimming techniques, focussing on efficient breathing, stroke correction and basic swimming skills. (All competency levels welcome)
