ABOUT
Join Prof Thuli Madonsela, former Public Protector and current Director of the Chair of Social Justice at Stellenbosch University, for an early morning 12 km walk in the beautiful Banhoek Conservancy in Kylemore near Stellenbosch. This hike is a fundraising event for #Action4Inclusion, a Stellenbosch University initiative aimed at ensuring academic inclusion and clearing historical debt for all deserving students. All proceeds from the event will be donated to this important cause. It is also an activation event for Prof Thuli's Pilgrimage of Hope hike to Cape Agulhas that she will continue later this year. All participants must meet at Bethlehem Plaas at 07:15am. The guided hike will start at 07:30am and should be completed by 11:00am. Participants can look forward to a moderately difficult hike in a glorious setting. Wear a hat and pack your own water and snacks. More details and logistics will be communicated to participants who bought tickets.
