ABOUT
Scrumdamentals is an experiential workshop where we will demonstrate the dynamics and benefits of iterative development using the Scrum framework. It is aimed at a broad audience, from development teams through to executives. During the workshop, we will learn more about Scrum in the enterprise focusing on the pivotal roles of Scrum Master and Product Owner.
Following a short theoretical introduction, the delegates will be presented with a practical simulation of iterative and incremental development. The roles and responsibilities of the Scrum Master, Product Owner and Teams will be demonstrated over several challenging (and fun!) iterations.
The Scrumdamental workshop is presented by a seasoned Agile Coach with extensive transformational experience. It is presented over two days and provides each delegate the opportunity to learn about effective planning, scheduling, facilitation and dependency management in a relaxed, immersive and fully interactive environment.
