Who Should Attend?  
Entrepreneurs who are:
  • Directors or Shareholders who earn less than R180 000 per year as take home salary
  • Participants who own a registered business
  • Businesses that have a valid BEE certificate
What the participant will achieve after attendance
  • Cost and price your products/services
  • Prepare budgets, projections and forecasts
  • Design your own management accounts
  • Compile financial plan for your business plan
  • Manage the cash flow in your business
  • Compile documents for a funder/investor
  • Prepare for a funder/investor pitch meeting

  • Please make sure you complete the Pre - Event Questionnaire before you attend the program.
  • Participants must attend both days (14 and 21 February 2017).  
  • Please contact us if you have any special needs e.g. wheelchair access including dietary requirements e.g. vegetarian, a week before course begins, so we can make arrangements.
  • Transport to and from the course venue is at your own cost.
  • GAD Consulting Services Inc. will be allowed access for site inspection after the training.
  • Participants must complete all exercises and submit during site visit to receive your Attendance Certificate.
