Friday 22nd March

-       Between 16:00 and 20:30
-       Pizza's available for Dinner at De Oude Fabreeck
-       Or visit our beautiful Hotel, The Duke of Bedford Inn for a delicious dinner

 

Saturday 23rd March

-       Between 06:00 and 06:45
-       First trucks leave to the start from 06:45

-       Please make the journey and visit Bedford for the weekend to limit late registration on the Saturday morning! We have a beautiful hotel, restaurants and quirky & fabulous little shops in town!

RACE DAY 

Meeting Point:   DE OUDE FABREECK - 47 Jan Van Riebeeck Street, Bedford
-      Trucks will leave from De Oude to the start from 06:45

Start Times from Malanskraal Turn-off (Adelaide entrance)

-       21Km & Relay Starting time:          07:15 AM
-       7km Fun Run/Walk Starting time:  07:45 AM


Vehicles can be parked safely at the De Oude Fabreeck 
 
  • Bathroom facilities available
  • Partificants running the full, 7km and first leg of the relay - will be taken to the starting point by truck
  • Participants running the 2nd Leg of the “Relay” option – will be taken to the 9.5km Relay hand-over point / 2nd leg Starting Point by truck
  • First relay-leg runners & 7km - will on completion be returned to the end Point/De Oude Fabreeck by Truck

 

 

Supporters & Family wishing to remain can do so, relax, and unwind until the runners complete, and explore our Town

  •      Festive Market and Food will be available at De Oude Fabreeck
  •      Live Entertainment from 12:00!
  •      Playground & face painting availble for the kids

-       +-3 km 
-       +-7km 
-       +-9.5km (Relay hand-over point & 7km Starting point)  
-       +-14km
-       +-16.5km (7Km Finish Point & Festive point - Enjoy a cold draught beer if you dare!!)
 

End Point:

DE OUDE FABREECK - 47 Jan Van Riebeeck Street, Bedford

Cut-off of +-3.5 Hours given (Sweeper vehicle will be available)

-       Last runners should be in at 11:00

-       Shower available at De Oude Fabreeck / End Point

 
 

De Oude Fabreeck will remain open until 18:00 (Kitchen closes at 17:30)

-       Please use the afternoon and evening to explore our beautiful town,

 

Prize giving held between 11:30 and 12:00
