Are you ready to start 2024 as your most Aligned version of self? Join my 10 Day New Year Kick Start Alignment Challenge! This challenge is designed to cultivate a foundation of positive daily practices in order for you to build your dream life in 2024. 

 

Learn how to overcome self-sabotage for good so that you can break the cycle of bad habits and step into your best self in the new year and beyond. 

 

This challenge is based on the 5 tools and practices that, when done consistently, have been shown to bring us into a space of alignment, regulate our nervous system and raise our vibration. 

These are:

  • Breathwork 
  • Meditation
  • Movement
  • Journalling
  • Time in Nature 

 

The New Year Alignment Challenge offers you a container to be held accountable for showing up for yourself on a daily basis, cultivating more balance and wholeness in all areas of your life. 


Experience proven coaching techniques, powerful habit-building strategies, nervous system regulation tools, conscious breathwork journeys and mindfulness practices with a framework of simple daily activities that will bring you into a space of alignment with your happiest, healthiest self. 


Establishing a daily self care practice creates a powerful foundation for growth. It allows us to shift, grow, transform and live the life that is meant for us. The problem is that many of us struggle to stick with it, and even with the best intentions, self care tends to fall to the bottom of the priority list. Information, support and accountability are what can make the difference between consistency and self-sabotage, and this is why I created this challenge.


How the Challenge Works 


Over the 10 days, we will meet each morning at 06:00am SAST via Zoom for a 40 minute practice that will consist of yoga Breathwork and meditation. In addition to that, I will share a set of journal prompts that have been shown to be a powerful tool for manifestation, and you will be accountable to spend your time in nature. If you would like to do your own practices and join the challenge just for the calls and accountability, you are more than welcome!


When you join the challenge you will receive:


* 10 Days of Live 40 minute Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation Sessions via Zoom each morning at 6:00am SAST time. Daily recordings will be provided so you can complete the sessions at any time that suits you best.

* A Daily Checklist to keep yourself accountable

* Powerful Journal Prompts to create huge shifts in your life

* 2 Group Coaching & Conscious Breathwork Sessions via Zoom where I will offer guidance, support and some of my favourite coaching and somatic tools that you can integrate into your life

* Whatsapp Group for community, support & accountability

We will have our kick off group coaching call on Monday 15 January 2024 at 7pm, and the first session will be on Tuesday morning.
