ABOUT
The Wolfgang Cup is an annual competition hosted by the SouthYeasters Home Brew Club.
This year's competition style has been chosen as "Blonde Beers" BJCP styles :
- 18A Blond Ale,
- 25A Belgian Blond ale
- 12A British Golden Ale .
Entries close on the 6th of March 2023 with entries to be dropped off at ACBC by no later than Friday the 8th of March.
Entries must be in 3 X 440ml brown craft bottles clearly labelled with beer style, brewers name, contact number and email address. We do recommend using the BJCP bottle Id form. Available from here : https://www.bjcp.org/wp-content/uploads/2011/11/SCP_BottleID.pdf
Judging will then take place on the 9th with the winner being announced at the SouthYeasters AGM in April 2024
The competition is open to all paid up members of a Home Brew Club registered in South Africa. There is no restrictions on entries. Entries must be from one of the 3 categories listed above
