The Echo Experience is CALM Canvas' sunset yoga and sound meditation session that explores our reflection, creating waves back to ourselves while surrounded by air, water, earth, and light.

THE ONE-HOUR JOURNEY

Join Nthupula Masipa as she guides you through a series of rejuvenating yoga flows inspired by the mountains and the seas. Following that, Portia Walp will immerse you in a sound bath that promotes balance and harmonization of your entire being. This experience helps to remove blockages, release oxytocin and serotonin, and reawaken your creativity.
