Godfrey Johnson will be celebrating an evening of two of his greatest inspirations: Jacque Brel and Noel Coward. Considered two of the greatest song writers and social commentators of the Twentieth Century, they continue to influence generations of artists.
Johnson has paid homage to both icons in "Flirting With Coward" and "The Shadow of Brel ". These incredible shows were nominated for The Fleur du Cap award for best performance in a one-person show.

Join us for an evening where Johnson will share some of his favourite songs, monologues and poetry by these two icons.
Johnson was most recently seen in VASLAV for which he was nominated for four Fleur du Cap awards ( best composer, best performance by a male actor in a musical, best performance in a one- person show, best soundscape). He also appeared with Pieter- Dirk Uys in "Bambi Kellermann Kabaret." and "Simpatico" with Aletia Upstairs. He was recently a lead in David Moore's Showmax film " Once Upon a Roadtrip."
