THE ONE-HOUR JOURNEY

Nthupula Masipa will lead you through a series of rejuvenating yoga flows inspired by the mountains and the seas. After that, Portia Walp will immerse you in a sound bath that promotes balance and the harmonization of your entire being. This experience aids in removing blockages, releasing oxytocin and serotonin, and reawakening your creativity.
