You are invited to Group Conference 2024!
If you are a culture carrier, a key contributor of your local AOG Group church, if you are staff, key volunteers, a board member, an elder or someone who carries weight and leadership and who loves the local church, then we want you to be in the room at Group Conference 2024.
Our theme this year is EMPOWERED.
We deeply believe that God is going to empower our churches in a fresh and powerful way, and actually birth a new move for the AOG Group, and we would love for you to be in the room, to catch what is going to happen, and to be a part of it.
Mark Varughese, Founder and Senior Pastor of Kingdomcity Church will be ministering, and we’re incredibly privileged to be able to receive from him – his ministry is absolutely world class.
This year’s conference will be hosted at Bridge Church, Alberton in Gauteng from 20-22 May 2024. Conference will start on Monday, 20 May at 17h00 (check in from 15H00) and will end on Wednesday, 22 May 2024 at 13h00.
With this in mind, please note the following very important information:
1. As always, registrations will be on a first come, first served basis. Space is going to be limited so we encourage you to book early.
2. We encourage you to extend invitations to attend conference to everyone within the life of the church i.e. staff, key volunteers, boards, elders and culture carriers. Especially for those not on staff but whom you would like to attend, you may wish to invite them and request that they cover their own expenses or make a contribution. This approach has been successfully implemented by several churches.
3. Registration fees are R900 per delegate. Should you register 10 or more delegates at one time, you will receive a 10% discount. Should you register 15 or more delegates at one time, the discount will be 20%.
4. Our desire is that our pastors and leaders who are also parents could have a space that will allow them to focus fully on what God is doing. However, we will be providing child care for those who absolutely need it and have no other options. Please submit your request to Sarah: [email protected].
5. All registrations are being done via Quicket. Registrations will close on Friday, 3 May 2024.
6. Important note on registration: When completing bookings on Quicket, please ensure that each delegate’s personal contact details are entered correctly, so that they will be able to receive further conference communications personally via text message. It is also essential to note that when entering delegate cell phone numbers, the first “0” needs to be replaced with the +27 code.
