By proceeding, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in Explore the Cape To Paarl organized by Cape Studies Language School on November 26th, 2023. In consideration for being allowed to participate in this activity, you agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Cape Studies Language School, its officers, agents, employees, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by you or to any property belonging to you, while participating in the activity.
You understand and acknowledge that participation in this activity involves certain risks and hazards, including but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, and the conditions of the premises. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation and agree to abide by all rules and instructions provided by the organizers for the activity.
You understand that this liability waiver is a legally binding document and that you have had the opportunity to seek independent legal advice before signing it. You also understand that by signing this document, you are waiving certain legal rights that you or your heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns may have against Cape Studies Language School.
You certify that you are physically fit and able to participate in this activity, and you are aware that you can choose not to participate if you believe the activity is beyond your physical capabilities.
