ABOUT

Studio Farouche Runway Show features garments that are transitional and specific to the luscious women. Locally produced small plus-size brand Studio Farouche has collaborated with The Teal Society to bring you a runway show with delicious snippets of entertainment. 

Studio Farouche is having this runway show to raise funds with Teal Society for CANSA's mobile clinics for women to have access to safe and educational pap smears. We invite you to be part of something that is really close to our hearts - women and their well being. Come join us for performances by Edo Mostert and Def Eff with a hint of retail therapy.

Studio Farouche: started in 2020 out of frustration over struggling to find exciting, sexy and edgy plus-size clothing. I also want to change the perception around dressing plus-size bodies.

The Teal Society: is owned by Nicki Jean Alexander who lost her mother to vaginal cancer. The Teal Society is a 501C3 non-profit organisation (California based and currently active in Doha, Qatar) dedicated to raising awareness about various gynaecological cancers and providing support to those affected by these conditions.

Their mission is to create a tightly-knit community that promotes healthy living and emphasises the importance of early detection to prevent and combat gynaecological cancers.
