This is a workshop for the home cheesemaker. I explain the how cheese is made, demonstrate how to make soft goats cheese (Chevin), marscapone, and cream cheese. I have been making cheese from my goats since 2020, and am excited to share my experiences and make cheesemaking simple for others.
