Get ready to chase the sunset at the Sundowner 5km Social Run! This marks the first of many Social Runs I'll be hosting leading up to my marathon, and I'm thrilled to have you join me!
We'll enjoy an easy, scenic 5km run along the Mouille Point Promenade on November 23, 2023.
Let's gather at the Green Point Lighthouse at 17:45 PM for a warm up session and kick off the run at 18:00 PM sharp!
