Did you know you can grow your greens all year round in Cape Town? In this workshop, I'll share strategies on easy ways to make sure you always have greens growing. Including tips on growing spinach, lettuce, Kale, supplementing with microgreens, types of perennial spinach, butternut, Amaranth greens, Dune spinach, nettles, and New Zealand spinach. I'd love to help build your confidence that you can eat homegrown greens every single day.
