In celebration of World Children's Day, we are hosting a special Mini Makers: Dumpling Making Class for the little ones facilitated by the incredible Sepial Shim of Sepial's Kitchen, The Fermentary and The Ugly Dumpling. All proceeds will go to Red Cross Children’s Hospital.

About
There are many dumplings around the world. Some are baked like a pie; some are blanched and cooked with sauce like ravioli, some are fried, steamed or pan-fried. They have different flavours and names, but every dumpling and its relatives is loved by many people. For Chef Sepial, the earliest memory of making dumplings is when she was about 4 years old. Making dumplings together at a big family gathering was a family tradition. Aunties made fillings; uncles made wraps, granny and children all folded dumplings together. It was a fun craft time for everyone and will be the same for you now. That is why we host a dumpling class.
Participants will make 8 dumplings during the course and pan steam to eat.
Please note;
Gluten, eggs are used in the classes.
You can select chicken or tofu as an option of your protein.
