ABOUT
The annual showcase of all the ensembles that make up the Reddam House Umhlanga Music Department – our Sunset Proms Performance – takes place on the 2nd of December 2023.
This much anticipated concert features all of our orchestras, choirs, marimba & brass groups, bands and even our adorable Stage 5’s from the ELS.
The feel-good event presents not only the progression of our young musicians as they move upwards through the phases, but pays testament to the long hours and hard work of our inspiring performers.
It is so wonderful to see not only the high standard, but growth of our young musicians throughout the year. Displaying pieces that are classical, baroque, popular and Christmas in nature, culminating in a truly magnificent finale combining all of our ensembles!
It will be a night not soon to be forgotten by audience and musicians alike.
