Andticks is about community and friends and we're thrilled to collaborate with our friends from Broodkop and the talented Chef Corvin Pietersen
Inspired by Family, Flour and Fire, and Ouma's Kitchen ?, this Broodkop menu reflects how food brings everyone closer. The social aspect of gathering around a lekker braai, the smoke, the smells, the laughter and banter. Family and friends share stories, followed by down-to-earth, family-style food cooked with love and joy. Food brings back those memories of days gone by, like a song you hear on the radio that brings certain memories to mind. Ouma working with flour in the kitchen, baking that vars brood and family around the braai fire are the memories we love to share with people we meet and cook for.
Expect bread starters with smoked butter, braaied snoek with apricot glaze and delicious dry-aged prime rib with Corvin’s signature parsley sauce. For dessert Corvin takes inspiration from his Cape background with some Koesister flavours.
