Visit DSG’s lush outdoor ed facility, embrace the incredible views, enjoy the peace, and refresh the soul with passionate Old Girls, Natalie Gordon (Guild Chair – Headgirl ’97, Merriman) and Tracy McKenzie (Guild Vice Chair – Deputy Headgirl ’99, Merriman).
Egg & bacon rolls will be included in the price - vegetarian/vegan and gluten-free alternatives will be available.
You are welcome to catch a ride to the Monastery* in a School bus, which should bring back some happy school days memories. Meeting point - DSG Lych (front) gate at 7h30 on 11 May 2024, the bus will leave DSG at 7h45 and will return at 9h30.
*The Monastery Outdoor Education Centre is owned by DSG. It incredible addition to the DSG offering located in the magnificent Eastern Cape countryside a mere 10km from Makhanda (Grahamstown). It is a spiritual and restorative space serving as a wonderful escape for our Girls in Green.
