All proceeds of this raffle will go towards the many worth projects and causes supported by the Rotary Club of St Francis.

COMPETITION RULES :

1. The price of a ticket entry in this raffle is R100.00.

2. No person who is a director or employee of the SFPO NPC is eligible to enter this raffle.

3. This competition is only open to legal residents of the Republic of South Africa.

4. The competition runs from 7 November 2023 to 30 December 2023.

5. The draw will take place on 31 December 2023.

6. The prize winner will be the first entry drawn.

7. The prizes will consist of 1st prize : 6 tickets for Wine on Water 2024 Saturday 2 March 2024; second prize : 4 tickets for Wine on Water 2024 Saturday 2 March 2024; third prize : 4 tickets for Wine on Water 2024 Friday 1st March 2024; fourth Prize : 4 tickets for Wine on Water 2024 Friday 1st March 2024. Prizes donated by the Rotary Club of St Francis for the Wine on Water event on 1st and 2nd March 2024.

8. The prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

9. In the event of the Promoter not being able to contact the ticket holders, the Promoter reserves the

right to draw again.

10. The prize winners will be notified by telephone / e-mail and the prize winner’s name will be

published on the SFPO NPC and Rotary Club St Francis websites, Facebook pages and newsletters.

11. The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern this competition.

12. Participants in the competition understand and agree that in order to offer the raffle, Promoter must

collect and use personal information about participants. This competition is conducted under the terms

of applicable privacy statements. These terms and conditions are subject to change according to the

promoter’s discretion.
