ABOUT

The Cape Welsh Choir, part of the Cape Town music scene since 1982 has performed over 900 concerts and raised around 6 million Rands for deserving causes, including schools, churches, service organisations and retirement villages.

The Choir has sung all over South Africa, including Springbok, Kimberly, Johannesburg, Bloemfontein and numerous small venues in between, and even had the honour of singing at the Royal Albert Hall in the 1000 voices concert.

Typically, a two hour concert (including an interval) would cover many genres of music to suit most tastes. These are sung in a variety of

languages such as Welsh, Afrikaans, Xhosa and Italian.

As a non-profit organisation, none of the Choristers receive payment. Our payment is the joy of singing, the pleasure we give to our audience and the unparalleled camaraderie we share as a group.

Passion Play Ministries International is a non-profit organisation that exists to build up the body of Christ and to proclaim the free gift of salvation by helping to establish presentations of Christ’s suffering and resurrection for audiences world-wide.

As a ministry we provide vision casting, leadership training and hands-on experience, enabling host communities around the world to present the Passion Play entitled “He’s Alive”.

More than 3500 volunteer cast and crew members have already partnered with PPMI reaching in excess of 125 000 people annually with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Believers in the United States, Africa, India, Malaysia, Philipines, Central and South America are now working together through the Passion Play to carry out the great commission.

By God’s grace, a vision to reach a neighbourhood has become an international drama ministry.

“THAT THEY ALL MAY BE ONE...

THAT THE WORLD MAY BELIEVE.”

John 17: 21-23
