ABOUT
The Clermont-Ferrand International Film Festival hosted in France is one of the most important short film events in the world. From masterpieces of animation and comedies to films on contemporary reality, genre films, student projects from the best schools in the world, as well as (real and fake) documentaries. Promesses Africaines (Promising Africans) will be screened in a dozen countries on the African continent including at the Neelsie Cinema
