ABOUT

It’s our final class for the year! To celebrate, we've teamed up with an incredible Joburg-based craft gin brand – Primal Spirits Distillery. We'll be exploring two of their gins (Union and Complex) with a gin tasting, and then cooking some delicious gin-infused canapés to highlight their flavour profiles.


In this workshop you will learn how to:


  • Make a gin and citrus-infused fish ceviche
  • Make a gin and basil-infused tomato bruschetta
  • Make a gin & tonic mini cheesecake


Included in the ticket:


  • Welcome drink 
  • Gin tasting with local gin Primal Spirits Distillery
  • 3-hour cooking workshop
  • Light canapés 


What to bring to class:


  • Apron 
  • Dish cloth
  • Two tablespoons
  • Chef’s knife if you have one (otherwise you can use ours)


Venue:

The workshop will be held at the Culinary Theatre within HTA School of Culinary Art in Randburg. There is secure parking on site. 



Please note: This class includes dairy and cannot be substituted for non-dairy alternatives. As this is a gin workshop, no under 18s.

After the class, we’ll snack on the yummy canapés we made, but please note it’s light canapés and not lunch.
