The FUN is back - join us at the DSK Bazaar 2023!
3 & 4 November 2023 - 2 days of German Bazaar fun!
Once a year the German International School Cape Town (DSK) transforms into a hub of authentic German food, beer and festivities, offering many activities for both young and old alike!
This year, the DSK Bazaar kicks off on Friday, 3 November, with a ‘Bavarian Sundowner’ themed afternoon. Expect a relaxed after-work get-together with live background music while enjoying German specialities like Bratwurst, Weissbier and more.
Saturday, 4 November, the DSK Bazaar 2023 remains the main attraction, aimed at the whole family. This takes place on the DSK sports field from 10:00h - 22:00h. This annual fundraiser is so much more than just a food and beer market; it places a special emphasis on children as it is the German International School after all! You can be certain that there will be plenty to do, prizes to be won, food to eat, things to buy, live music and fun to be had by your little ones!
In the afternoon live music from various South African and German bands will entertain the crowd. A band from Germany will be the annual headline act, ensuring an extremely festive atmosphere.
On the Saturday:
There will be exciting activities/rides at our FUN PARK*: a sweeper obstacle, rocket launcher, bumper cars (new), carousel, football, bull riding, bow & arrow, face painting and a petting zoo, to name just a few.
Popular activities with the teens at our YOUTH PARK*: a pool disco with various DJ's at the school’s outdoor swimming pool, is set to be a big hit as in the past! Be sure to bring along your swimming gear!

Adult tickets: R100 (Friday & Saturday)
Children (U18): free admission
FUN & YOUTH PARK activity pass: R 175 (day pass) or R 50 (per individual rides/activities)
Group Bookings: R 400pp (includes a table booking, a German snack, one free beer in a branded glass mug to take home)
