We invite you to book your Sound Journey Experience with Gila Sowter and featured Artist AURIS, as they take you on a full spectrum journey that will weave together a gentle introduction to the power of the breath with the magick of Himalayan Sound Healing session ending off with a movement and dance Soundscape experience which is set to rejuvenate your spirit in a new and exciting way as we celebrate the Spring Equinox!

Gila is a Kommetjie-based Yin Yoga teacher and Himalayan Sound Therapist with a deep love for the transformative power of stillness. She loves nothing more than co-creating spaces for others to drop into a more embodied human experience, and find space to restore balance and listen more closely to the wisdom of their bodies.

More About AURIS: As an accomplished DJ and sound healer, Auris infuses her passion for music into the heart of her work, crafting sound ceremonies that transcend the physical realm and touch the soul. These Sound journeys provide a sacred space for participants to explore the full spectrum of the human experience, unlocking emotions and energy, and guiding them towards emotional release and rejuvenation. With each beat and vibration, she facilitates a profound connection to the spiritual essence within. Her 2-hour session includes; a Charka dance experience.
What to wear: Comfortable clothing, colours, radical self-expression.
What to Bring: A yoga mat or something to lie on, a blanket and a cushion for the first hour. Bring whatever else you might need to make yourself really comfortable for the first hour
