SARIG & IEEE AES10/GRS29 Biennial Radar Conference 2023

The South African Radar Interest Group and IEEE AES10/GRS29 Groups welcome you to 2023's premiere South African radar conference. The conference theme is "The Influence of AI on Radar Technology".

SARIG 2023 will feature presentations by academic and industry leaders from South Africa and around the globe. This year's presentations will focus on cutting edge radar technologies in a South African context, and the impact that AI and machine learning has had on the field of radar. SARIG encourages anyone with an academic or professional interest in radar and cutting edge technologies to attend this event.

The conference will be at the CSIR ICC in Pretoria on 8 November 2023.

SARIG & IEEE AES10/GRS29 are also happy to announce that it will be running a Radar Tutorial session on 7 November 2023. This tutorial aims to assist radar practitioners in adapting to changing technology trends. The programme for both days can be found below:

Conference and Tutorial Programme

ECSA-registered attendees will be able to earn one CPD point each for the conference and the tutorial. In order to be eligible, ensure that you:

• Register using your own name
• Provide your ECSA registration number during registration
• Attend the full duration of the conference
