Property Practitioners Business has to be compliant according to the FATF expectations and their focus on the property industry. – “Property Practitioners “fail” as Designated Non-Financial Business Professions” – FATF 2021 & Correction will remove SA from the Greylist” – FATF 2022

  • Supervised by the FIC - what we as industry should have done before 31st May 2023
  • Redo your NEW RMCP in line with your questionnaire. 
  • UPDATE your FICA forms & explanation on how to use IEASA FICA Pack
  • TFS list on FIC Website
  • Directive 6 - The risk and compliance return must be submitted to the FIC
  • Directive 8 – all employees screening and risk rating since April 2023

The FIC communicated changes through – Website, Publications, Compliance guidance notes, General notices, Videos, Schedules amendments, Podcasts. Interaction with industry,- Information sessions, Events, Media releases. PCCs, Guidance Notes, Directives, Gazette changes.


Everybody who has attended previous FICA workshops is welcome. This one will ONLY Focus on how to apply the FIC changes.
