First Thursday Ntsumi Ya Vutomi Exhibition Blessing Ngobeni

We're back for our monthly First Thursday event!

The art is great but the vibes are better, pull up for the evening and have a good time to the Standard Bank Gallery and saturate yourself in # NtsumiYaVutomi in the last few days of the exhibition by Blessing Ngobeni, he is a South African visual artist who creates abstracted works with a range of found objects; magazine advertisements; newspaper articles; and paint on canvas. Blessing is the 2020 Standard Bank Young Artist for visual arts.

You're in for a treat with a performance by Sisonke Xonti (2020 Standard Bank Young Artist for jazz). Who will explore some new and old compositions of his with a different perspective. It promises to be a great night of journeying down memory lane, exploring the now and the future. Performing with him is Dalisu Ndlazi (Bass), Yonela Mnana (Piano) and Siphiwe Shiburi (Drums).
