An Introduction to Botanical Printmaking

As we live in a wonderful part of the world, I am continually inspired by the plants around me and use them to make botanical prints, often with a hand made gelatine plate (Hectograph). I will introduce participants to some of my techniques using plants and textures to create one of a kind artworks. I’ll share tips on different kinds of paper, inks and the recipe to make a gelatine plate.

Everyone will go home with a wonderful collection of individual creations.
