Welcome to the Future of Family Fitness
In our new series, we will be experimenting with 3 different styles of fitness, Disco and Dance all happening simultaneously , using our 3 Channel Silent Disco headphone technology, and taking it onto the beautiful beaches of South Africa.
Each Session will consist of at least 3 of the following
- Box Fit
- Disco Fit
- Kids & Adult beginner Afro Dance class (where you learn a routine whilst getting fit and having the best laugh)
- Zumba
- Hiit
- Pilates
- Kids Yoga
- Adult Yoga
- ending with a calming wind down Meditation session for all
All you need to do is change the Colour of the LED on your headset, to what session you want to join, and you good to go...
Prepare to meet a group of exceptionally captivating instructors, who will lead you through experiences like no other. This series caters for children and adults of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels. We have something for all of you ..

If for some reason the weather turns bad and we need to postpone, you will have the option of either a refund or a transfer to the next available session of your choice.
