Friday Night Live with Jabulile Majola

Friday Night Live is a series of beautiful, intimate live performances from some of the most exciting talent Cape Town and South Africa has to offer, hosted at the KAYA Café. Friday Night Live is an event for performers to take in their own direction, creating an environment for audiences to engage deeply with the music, the meaning, and the people behind it all.

For this edition of Friday Night Live, we are joined by the spectacular Jabulile Majola. This seasoned singer-songwriter has graced the stage of the KAYA Cafe as an opener, but now is returning to headline Friday Night Live. His beautiful voice, entrancing songwriting and compelling stage presence are sure to create an evening of beautiful music.

The evening will be opened by Mila Smith a singer-songwriter with diary-style lyrics that peel back the curtain on her personal experiences. Mila has a soulful

heart-on-sleeve sound and soaring emotional vocals that express a maturity and storytelling ability beyond her young years.
