The Running Mann have completed over three hundred unique marathons across Southern Africa.

Stuart is a board member of the Two Oceans race and a respected columnist for various running related local & international publications. His curious nature to better understand the human capability under duress have led to several articles that unpacks the hidden data “gems” collected from high profile endurance running events like the Comrades marathon.

Endurance running submits its competitors to elevated levels of pain, anguish, and mental torture – which in return provides great metaphors for the challenges that life throws at us – and of course how to operate & navigate as a leader in that context! In his day job Stuart is an Agile Coach in the loyalty program division for one of the leading Insurance, Health Cover, Banking, and Investment conglomerates in SA.

This event is hosted at the Ruimsig Convention Centre which boasts world class exhibition and function facilities that offers breathtaking views, secure parking & a sense of “relaxed-elegance”. Situated at the top of the hill on the Krugersdorp R28 (on the left had side just before you head down towards Silverstar Casino), the venue’s beautiful gardens and panoramic views is something that must be experienced!
