Friday, October 13, 2023: Dance Your Stress Away Unveil the magic of Nia at our opening class on Friday evening, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, held at an enchanting mystery location that will be emailed closer to the day.This unique opportunity offers you a chance to arrive, release stress, and "dance it out," setting a loving intention for the weekend ahead. Embrace the joy of movement and embark on a journey to connect with your inner self, fostering a sense of nurturing and love. The class can be taken independently or as part of the Love Bundle, which includes the full weekend experience.
