We are e x p a n d i n g the monthly EXPANSION, with a double up on the plant medicine, movement & breathwork.

The feedback we have received over the past year & a half has been aligned with a deeper & longer journey, so here it is!

When we intentionally take plant medicine, give our bodies permission to move freely, & consciously breathe ~ magic & wellness combine, bringing you to bliss.

TIME: 6:30pm - 9:30pm

WHAT TO WEAR: Comfy clothes (additional warmth in winter)

WHAT TO BRING: yoga mat, warm blanket, water and a snack for after to ground

NOTE: Conscious breathwork can significantly lower body temperature so please make sure you bring enough warmth, even if you believe you won't be cold.
