Women's Day Celebration in support of St Vincent school for the Deaf

Join us in celebration, and contemplation of what Women's day means for you! 

A three hour programme of yoga, meditation and conversation.

• Bring your yoga mat, sun hat and chair if you prefer.
• Limited parking available, your ticket gains you entry.
• Refreshments will be on sale.

• 9.00 am Welcome
• 9.05 am Yoga
• 10.05 am Interactive discussion on meaning of Women's day for particpants
• 11.20 am Meditation
• 11.50 am Open slot for Women entreprenerus to share their business
• 12.00 noon Closing, refreshments and networking

MUTUAL INDEMNITY AGREEMENT:

The Purchaser of this ticket, does hereby irrevocably indemnify and hold harmless the organisers

against all and any actions, suits, proceedings, claims, demands, costs and expenses of whatsoever

nature and howsoever incurred which may be taken or made against him or her or be incurred or

become payable by him or her arising out of my participation in the WOMEN’S DAY CELEBRATION to

be held on the 09 th August 2023 at the St.Vincent School for the Deaf premises.

1. I am aware that the event involves risk, dangers and hazards, including but not limited to

physical harm, changing weather conditions, exposed tree or tree stumps and any other

physical impediment on the premises.

2. I freely and voluntarily agree to indemnify and hold the organisers harmless from any liability

whatsoever from any and all claims, demands, actions or causes of action for personal injury,

including death or property damage arsing from or in any way connected to the event.

3. This agreement shall be effective and biding upon my heirs, next of kin, executors,

administrators, assigns and representatives, in the event of my death and / or incapacity.

4. This agreement and any rights, duties and obligations shall be governed by laws of Sooth

Africa.

I have fully read and understand this agreement and I am aware that by purchasing a ticket for this

event, I am waiving certain legal rights which I or my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators,

• assigns and representatives may have against the organisers.
