Women's Self Defence Evening

Ladies, get ready to unleash your inner warrior at the Futurama Women's Self-Defence Evening, hosted by Missfit Somerset West! Join us for an inspiring and empowering night filled with self-defence techniques showcased by the skilled instructors from Rio Grappling Club, insights into safety and Advanced Family Monitoring by Namola, and soulful support from Atma Cafe serving free tea and coffee.

Kickstart the evening with a warm welcome from our host, Mike Kershaw, followed by a warm-up. Together, we'll learn, laugh, and connect, proving that we are a force to be reckoned with! As a token of our unity, all proceeds from this event will be donated to a local women's charity, supporting a vital cause in our community.
