Experience the first of a two part Attunement to the Table Mountain Fifth Dimensional Spiritual Solar Plexus Chakra Vortex, the first in this unique first time ever Series of Frequency Attunement Initiations connecting in with Gaia at 12 Sacred Sites across the world.
You will also receive a light code activation to prepare the body for the full crystalline upgrade that will take place in part 2 of the event. Your solar plexus will be upgraded to the 5D version, and anchored into Gaia's upgraded crystalline grid structure. This will create a major shift into your personal power center, allowing you to fully step into your unique gifts and power. It will initiate a shift in your quantum field and raise your vibrations aligning you with your highest power frequency within the New Earth reality, directly aligned with the purest power of your higher self for your highest good.
The Table Mountain Sacred Sound & Light Attunement on Lion's Gate will take advantage of this important astrological portal's incoming Lyran energies. The cosmic alignment known as the Lions Gate Portal is a period when there is a greater cosmic energy flow between the material and spiritual worlds due to our Sun's position in the zodiac sign of Leo, the rise of the star Sirius on the horizon and the direct alignment of Orion's Belt with the Pyramid of Giza. A wonderful chance to use these energies to intentionally anchor and connect with the higher light frequencies and activate the dormant codings within our bodies and it's DNA that will allow us to evolve in unimaginable ways.
The physical event will take place at the Lion Roars Hotel in Cape Town. We will be incorporating frequency conscious music, a channeled crystalline energy light body upgrade and a light language visual display by a variety of collaborating participants. The event will also be live streamed online and available to download and watch in your own time.

WHAT TO BRING
- Yoga Mat or similar that is comfortable for you (if you don't have a mat, please let us know as soon as possible). You will be laying down on the floor, so a mat is necessary.
- Pillow (for your head, and you may want a pillow or cushion under your knees - optional)
- Blanket (thickness and warmth is up to you)
- Water Bottle (with water)
- Eye Covering (a sock or washcloth works well)
- Warm Clothing (if you tend to get colder than usual) to stay warm after the two energy sessions. One does tend to feel colder after an energy attunement, so keep this in mind. The final item will take place outdoors, so please ensure you stay warm.
- Fruit Juice/Smoothie for blood sugar levels afterwards and/or snacks or light food to ground before leaving. There will be the opportunity to buy supper at the hotel after the event if you so wish.
BEFORE AND UPON ARRIVING
Please do not be late. Latest arrival before the programme starts is 17:15. Frequency Attunements are all about getting lost in the sound and vibrations. Noises from late arrivals can be distracting and pull the group out of theta.The space will be energetically cleansed and calmed. Unless informed otherwise, please find a place to roll out your mat. Please be mindful of the distance between you and those around you.
Please don't eat for at least two hours prior arriving, and preferably no alcohol or other substances for 24 hours before.

HOW TO PREPARE
- Prepare a space that you can comfortably lie down in. A Yoga Mat or something similar that is comfortable for you will work well. You can also lie down on your bed.

Prepare your space before the programme starts at 17:30. Frequency Attunements are all about getting lost in the sound and vibrations so it is advised to listen to the first two energy sessions using headphones to eliminate outside noise, as this can be distracting and pull you out of theta.
Please don't eat for at least two hours prior to the Attunement Session, and preferably no alcohol or other substances for 24 hours before.
WHAT TO EXPECT & AFTER CARE
Don't expect anything, you will have your own unique experience according to your present frequency level.
If you experience a release that is emotional, don't panic or resist it. Allow the emotion to flow. If you need to leave the room (at the physical event), you can do so. We will be aware of your release and may approach you. Just remember, you are in a safe and loving space.
AFTER CARE
· If you follow these guidelines, the frequency attunement process will have a deeper and longer lasting effect.
· If you feel ungrounded at the end of the Attunement Ceremony try to eat or drink something. Please do not drive or operate potentially dangerous equipment afterwards if you are feeling ungrounded. We will be available afterwards if you need any assistance.
· Following the Attunement Ceremony it's best to take it easy, rest, relax, go for a walk and avoid stressful situations.
· When you get home, have a salt bath or a shower as the water will allow the frequencies to sink in deeper and last longer.
· Please avoid red meat, alcohol or any chemical toxins for the next 24 hours
Please drink plenty of water to not only keep you hydrated but also to allow any toxins released by the Attunement to be flushed from the body.
Sometimes complementary therapy can cause a healing reaction. During or after the Attunement, you may experience a worsening of symptoms before they get better.
