*What is FLOW ARTS?

Flow Arts is a broad term that encompasses various movement-based disciplines, combining elements of dance, juggling, fire-spinning, and object manipulation. It is characterised by the fluidity and expressive nature of the movements involved. The focus is on achieving a state of 'flow'. where the artists becomes fully absorbed in the movement, seamlessly! Overall, Flow Arts provides a unique and engaging way for individuals to express themselves through movement and explore the boundaries of their physical abilities.
