SAJE presents the BEST OF SA JAZZ- A special jazz event featuring the music of Johannesburg bassist extraordinaire Carlo Mombelli with award winning pianist Kyle Shepherd from Cape Town
- The Bokani Dyer Trio featuring Bokani Dyer on piano, Romy Brauteseth on acoustic bass and Sphelelo Mazibuko on drums
The SAJE Jazz Festival is a biennial event focusing on performance, workshops, jazz education, skills and audience development.
The 2017 Festival is funded by the SAMRO Foundation, Business and Arts South Africa (BASA), National Lotteries Commission, Italian Institute for Culture (IIC) and Paul Bothner Music.
SAJE = South African Association for Jazz Education - established 25 years ago in 1992!
