LINKEDIN: THE BASICS

Are you standing in your own way?

Society has really done a number on us ??. In the communities I host on WhatsApp I am finding too many women having “excuses” about why they are not visible on a social media platform like LinkedIn that can be so valuable to their careers.

It is so sad for me to see women; accomplished, experienced women shying away from promoting themselves / being visible - even when this is crucial to their economic survival. This is effectively self-sabotage.

My advice? Join communities of support and get the training or skills to help you show up so you can position yourself for the opportunities you need/want.
