FundEX 2016 is the premier funding and investment showcase for entrepreneurs. The one-day conference and expo draws together the a wide spectrum of commercial, government and non-traditional funders and providers of easily accessible investment opportunities with advice from credible personal finance experts. FundEX 2016 is brought to you by Riversands Incubation Hub and the National Empowerment Fund.

Please present your ticket at the door to gain access to the conference – we have recorded your name on our guest list. Please tell the guards at the access points that you are coming to FundEX to allow easy entry.

Registration opens at 7h30 on the day and the speaking programme kicks off at 8h45. Our registration desk remains open all day – you can register at any time during the day to attend the sessions that interest you the most.

Menzies has raised over R30 million from eight separate venture capital and angel investors over the past five years and over R5 million in bridging finance from debt and contract financiers to manage cash flow. As a successful entrepreneur, she will speak about the challenges faced by those raising capital for start-up businesses and how these can be overcome.
